The main goal is to appeal to an international target group in order to sell more MedCos products. DDC supported this goal by developing a strategic communication plan and a new identity for the MedCos brand in the form of a website and partner portal. The communication tools had to appeal to both salon owners and selling partners and generate greater customer retention by means of a new online service module.
