The KLM CityGuide is a personal travel guide. Visitors can choose their favourite city online and indicate what they would like to see or do there. By following a few steps, they compile their own travel guide based on their wishes and interests. The goal of the communication is to inform and motivate KLM customers. Icemedia brought in DDC to develop the texts, which we formulated in a clear and catchy way in the form of a step-by-step plan. The clear instructions allowed the users to compile a CityGuide for themselves very easily.
